When I woke up this morning with having had again only 3 hours a sleep, a jolting pain went shooting in all directions of my body. I laid there and wondered what the heck I did to become this sore. Then I remembered yesterday... beach volleyball, amazing dive, ripping of the pants... need I say more?
We had it all planned out to get up early and head to Versailles for a day trip today. Our plans changed last minute when we found out the metro line we needed to take was closed. So we sat... and sat... and sat... trying to figure out something else fun to do. We went and got breakfast then came back and contemplated some more. Finally at the same time Ryan and I said, "Let's go to Disneyland Paris! Let's just do it!" I think it's fair to say that Ryan and I are both mildly obsessed with Disney and by mildly I mean extremely so it seemed perfect!
Since there are few words that can describe the happiest place on earth I think pictures and descriptions will best tell the story of our amazing day at Disneyland Paris!
Bienvenue to Disneyland Paris!!

The minute I walked in and saw my castle, I mean Cinderella's castle I felt right at home. Disneyland and I were made for each other!

We started with Indiana Jones which is totally a roller coaster ride at Disneyland Paris unlike back home!

Ready for my tea!

Just saying hello to my castle! They obviously forgot I was coming and locked my door...

We found the cutest little boat ride which we don't have in California. Naturally it started to rain!

Which did amazing things to my hair.
And by amazing I mean terribly awful!

This is how much my drenched hair scared us!

Pocahontas!!!

And the Queen from Alice and Wonderland has her own labyrnth!

Rachael- "I dunno which way to go!"

Ryan- (says confidently) "We go this way!"

Nope, not going to fit through that door...

Taking a picture of Ryan taking a picture of me with the card stacks.

We found our way out and headed for Pirates of the Caribbean. No explanation needed for this one...

WE LOVE SPACE MOUNTAIN!!

We decided to end the evening with my personal favorite It's a Small World. Gosh that's such a happy ride!

On our way out, I found a spot for my future bakery. Two of my favorite things (Disney and baking) all in one park. I don't think it could get much better than that!

What a fabulous day at the Happiest place on earth... French style!
